Week 8 - What new thing did you learn about the Bible?

The hardest thing would be finding time in my schedule to read the bible.

My biggest challenge is that I am not much of a reader and also think that the bible is a little difficult to comprehend.

The new thing I learned about the bible was that it was originally written in Hebrew and Greek. The biggest challenge for me to read the bible every day would be to understand what I am reading.

The biggest challenges to reading the Bible for me would be understanding the new names and words. Also I find the talk in the Bible a bit hard to understand.

The new thing I learnt about the Bible is that it took over 1600 years to write. The biggest challenge for me reading the bible is that the words are confusing like when they refer to someone by thou.

A challenge is remembering to read it every day, understanding what all the words mean and remembering all the peoples names.

I learned the bible is a collection of books written by many different authors written over 1500 years. The biggest challenge I have to reading it everyday is that it hard to read and understand the words sometimes.

I did not know that the Bible was written by hundreds of people over 1600 years. I thought the Bible was one book, and not 73. I learned that it took 23 years to translate all the books into one Bible. The challenge for me will be to understand what the stories are trying to tell me.

What surprised me was how many books and stories there are in the bible. The hardest part would be to make sure I fit it in everyday and to truly understand its meaning.
